Ingredients
-
100 g of flour
-
Olive oil
-
2 eggs
-
Sepink Cuttlefish ink
-
Brócoli
-
salt
Preparation
-
Spread the flour in a small pile and make a hole in the center. Add the 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 dessert spoons of Sepink ink and a little salt.
-
Mix everything well for about ten minutes, until you form a ball of homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands.
-
Wrap in transparent film and leave to rest, covered.
-
Then sprinkle the worktop with flour so that it does not stick and stretch the dough well with the roller until the desired thickness is achieved.
-
If we do not have a cutting machine, make a rectangle and cut it with a knife, giving it the desired shape.
-
Cook the pasta until it is 'al dente' in copious boiling water with a little oil and salt.
-
Strain and serve hot.
-
At the same time, cook the broccoli with boiling water a little oil and salt.
-
Strain and serve together with the pasta.
